Click “Project Menu” at the top of your screen and then select "Project Settings." You can change the title, subtitle, description, deadline, status, and color scheme at any time.

Keep in mind that your project details (like the title) do not need to be the same as the title of your book. When you check out and order a book to be made from all the stories and pictures in your project, you can select a different title for the book.
