Lead by example! After you’ve sent out invitations to contribute to your book, go ahead and add some content⁠—create new chapters, write stories in them, and upload a few pictures. This will not only give your family and friends a better of idea of where to start and what to do, but also possibly inspire them and get their creative juices flowing. Once they add their first story, they might be motivated to write more!
