Don’t panic! One of two things is happening:

You haven’t set up an account yet and/or are not logged in. To protect the privacy of our users, all contributors to a Weeva book must set up an account and be logged in in order to view and add content to a project. If you were sent a direct link for the project, you can copy and paste it into your address bar once you’ve logged in. You’ll be taken directly to the book and can begin adding your favorite stories and photos from there.

OR

Your email invitation has expired or is invalid. In the interest of privacy, invites sent from our servers via email are one-time-use and will not work if forwarded to someone else. If you are logged into your account and are still having trouble accessing a project you were invited to, reach out to our customer support team and we’ll send you a valid link.
