As the project organizer, you can move any entry to a different chapter. Use the "Edit" menu in the upper left corner of the entry and select "Move Entry."

Choose the chapter you want to move the entry to from the drop-down menu that appears. Click "Move" and you're all set. The entry will be moved to the chapter you've chosen.
